Columbia Overlook Newsletter
The Columbia Overlook published quarterly — in March, June, September, and December, is the newsletter of the Columbia Group Sierra Club, reaching over 12,000 readers each issue. The mission of the Sierra Club is to “protect and enjoy the wild places of the earth.”
Locally, we have been working on a number of campaigns to protect Mt. Hood, the Columbia River Gorge, and Tillamook State Forest. We use our newsletter to help educate the public about these efforts; to inform Oregonians of threats to our forests, rivers, water supply, and air; and to encourage citizens to participate in our organization.
